YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED IF YOU HAVE DEPLOYED THE K12 PANEL CHROME EXTENSION.
K12Panel has consolidated its cloud storage provider and as such, the URLs for Chrome Extensions have changed.
Please follow these instructions to make sure your Chromebooks will continue to get Chrome Extension updates as needed.
- Open and log into https://admin.google.com
- Navigate to Devices > Chrome > Apps and Extensions
- Find the existing deployed extension with ID meikclijdlndilmepnbldloncppmghfj (or jump directly to it here)
- Select and then Delete the extension with the Trashcan icon in the top right - make sure to click Save along the top to persist the Delete
- Re-Add the extension with the new URL via these instructions
After re-adding, your chrome devices should update to Extension version 0.0.3 or greater and show in the Assets Overview Table in Panel with the updated version.
