Budgeting Scenario
Budget Scenarios run a pro forma budget with the assumptions you choose, sliced by Budget Centers.
Budgeting Scenario
With at least one Cost Model built and your Asset Class service durations set, you can create a Budget Scenario — a pro forma budget that applies whatever assumptions you choose.
Building a New Scenario
When you create a scenario, the only required field is the Name. You can restrict which Sites and Asset Classes are included. Configure the scenario, then save the core budget details. The Core Budget reflects the entire budget for the scenario’s root site.
Adding Budget Centers
Budget Centers let you slice and dice the budget. For example, building a district-wide scenario rooted at your top site, you might add three Budget Centers — High School, Middle School, and Elementary. When you run the scenario, you see each center’s slice of the overall budget, plus the remainder that makes up the rest.
