The Settings menu is where you configure your organization. It’s organized into tabs covering Cloud Sync, AD Sync, Asset Classes and Service Duration, Sites, System Users, the Cache Engine, ChromeOS mapping and extension, Asset Connectors and Tags, Remote Control, Service Case settings, Software Downloads, and your Organization Overview.

Each area has its own detailed article in the Settings section of this knowledge base. Start with the Organization Overview to find your Organization ID, then work through Cloud Sync and your structure (Asset Classes and Sites).
