By clicking your Organization in the top right corner, you can log off OR enter the Profile Management screens.
Profile Management allows you two functions:
Profile Overview - the chance to view and edit your login profile information
Manage Org Notification - the chance to view and edit your Org notification preferences
A basic screen to change your cell phone number for Two Factor Authentication (or 2FA for short) and also to enable Google Authenticator. Google Authenticator is an enhanced multi-factor authentication tool and is recommended for all K12 Panel administrators.
Using an Authenticator app is recommended for ALL K12 Panel system users. Please enable this feature for additional login security.
Manage Org Notifications
The Org Notification screen is where you can opt in to receive emails for different types of Alerts that the K12 Panel system will raise from time-to-time.
Subscribe to be notified by email when Alerts are raised in your organization. You will receive an email right after the FIRST occurrence of each Alert Type for a given concern is raised, and then every night as a reminder until the alert is cleared.
You can select all, some or none of the alert types to receive the associated email. It is recommended that you subscribe to ALL of the alert types to begin with. If you are in a team with multiple members, you may eventually split these alerts up so different team members receive different types of notifications.
