Click your organization in the top-right corner to log off or open Profile Management, which has two areas.

Profile Overview

Here you can change the cell number used for two-factor authentication (2FA) and enable an authenticator app. An authenticator app provides stronger multi-factor authentication and is recommended for all K12Panel users.

Manage Org Notifications

This is where you opt in to email notifications for the Alert types K12Panel raises. When subscribed, you receive an email right after the first occurrence of each alert type, and then a nightly reminder until the alert is cleared.

You can subscribe to all, some, or none of the alert types. Starting with all of them is recommended; on larger teams you might later split alert types among team members so different people handle different notifications.
