The Dashboard is your organization’s landing page. It shows recent activity along with any current Alerts.

Alerts

Alerts are K12Panel’s built-in to-do list — they appear to draw your attention to something that needs action, such as an asset waiting on the On-Ramp, a subscription nearing expiration, or a detected threat.

Alerts always show on the Dashboard and can be cleared. Once cleared, an Alert is considered handled and no longer appears. You can also subscribe to receive emails when Alerts are raised — manage that under Profile Management → notifications.

What are Alerts?

What happens when I clear an Alert?
It’s marked handled and removed; it won’t reappear unless the underlying condition recurs.

Can I get Alerts by email?
Yes. Subscribe to alert types under Profile Management.
