There are three types of Team Libraries:
Public Libraries - Any organization can join a Public Library and use the Team Libraries therein. Every organization can see all Public Libraries and join a Public Library at anytime.
Membership - Membership libraries are “club” or professional organization libraries open to members of the club. All Organizations can see that a Membership library exists and can request access to a membership library. You should not expect to be granted access to a Membership library unless you actually are a member of the club or hosting professional organization.
Invitation Only - Invitation Only libraries are collaboration spaces between specific organizations. If you receive an invitation to a Library, you will see that you have been invited. Otherwise, Invitation Only libraries are hidden from non-members.
You will typically start by joining the public library called Public Library. This is the main K12 Panel Team Library where professionally-authored Team Blueprints are available for subscription.
The Public Library is managed by K12Panel and is the first Team Library that most Organization’s join. It houses professionally-authored Blueprints of general interest.
