If a Windows PC has the K12Panel Agent installed but the Asset isn’t registering or appearing in Panel, the cause is almost always one of a short list of issues: the machine hasn’t checked in yet, it has no network, a content filter or antivirus is blocking it, the Organization ID is wrong, or the asset was previously rejected.

Reboot to force a check-in, then confirm network access and that the machine can reach my.k12panel.com.

Could the asset have been rejected earlier?
Yes. On the On-Ramp, enable View Rejected Assets and restore it if needed.
