Get ready for....SERVICE CASES!

Service Cases track work you need to do on an Asset. Need to replace a Chromebook screen? Need to track damage a student caused to a laptop? Need to record that you upgrade a switch's firmware? Use a SERVICE CASE!

You can read about how to use Service Cases in the Knowledge Base, and you can also watch this short video (less than 2 minutes) to see a quick demonstration of service cases.

 

Don't like the default lifecycle or categories? No problem! You can fully customize the lifecycle statuses and categories as well in Service Case Settings (learn more in the Administrative knowledge base article.)
