The ASLEEP / SLEEP state has been renamed to INACTIVE.
This will help clarify that INACTIVE has nothing to do with the power save mode of a PC.
Assets that are Inactive will not be impacted by Modifiers. Assets that are Active can be impacted by Modifiers.
